Nautical Knot Heart

When we were on vacation last summer, my husband installed an app with all sorts of nautical knots on his phone (don't ask why, we don't even have a boat). That's where I found this one. First I made a long 'rope' (French knitting) and after that I tied the knot. As you google on 'nautical knot heart' you'll definitely find how to do this.

  1. What a pretty knot! I think it could be a beautiful pendant for a necklace or as a part of a frontdoor decoration. Depending on the size. I am stopping by from the Snickerdoodle Sunday party. Pinned this lovely knot!

    1. Don't know what to do with it, yet. Maybe making a brooch from it. Thanks for your nice comment!

  3. This is beautiful. On another blog, I saw where the blogger had made her not into a necklace.
