Four pillows in a row - Harlequin Tapestry

A couple of months ago my tried my first tapestry crochet project, namely potholders. The idea was to make a whole blanket in the end, but for some reason my tapestry crochet doesn't look as great as I thought it would look (you see the other colors peeping through everywhere, for example), so after repeatedly trying I gave up the blanket and made a pillow cover.

If somebody out there has some good advice on tapestry crochet, please, tell me!

  1. I haven't tried tapestry crochet. The color combo you have used is very nice. May be you can make stitches tight or change the gauge so the holes will dim further.....anyways, I am not the right person to advise:)

  5. I love your pillow - colors are beautiful, and the print, too. I've never done tapestry but have always wanted to try - never had time. Maybe you should call it a day and enjoy your pillow. Check that blanket project off your list and get on with life! Ha!
