Neon Party

My oldest daughter (who isn't that old, just eight) had her first dance party this week. To celebrate his birthday a class mate had invited the whole class for a disco party in the gym of his gymnastic club, with neon as a theme. I just love the idea of inviting the whole class, so no one feels excluded!

At first I wanted to make a dress myself, but the fluorescent fabric I had in mind was nowhere to be found. Fortunately I found something at good old H&M that fitted the idea in my head quite well, so I took the easy way out by buying a skirt and neon paint, to embellish a shirt.

I think I'm quite handy, but when it comes to hair doing, I'm a great failure, so I asked my sil to do my daughters hair. Don't you love the result?!
