Mr Tod Bookmarker

As I told you in my last post, I bought The Complete Tales by Beatrix Potter for my daughters, to put in what we call The Holidays Surprise Bag. In the book there's also a fox, named Mr Tod. Plan is to read the book to them and because I don't want to fold the pages, as I do with my own books to mark where I stopped reading, I made this bookmarker.

I found this idea here.

  1. That is so cute and I went to your link but could find the pattern. I like the cat one too. How did you go about getting a pattern?

    1. Thank you for your nice comment, Kathleen. I couldn't find a pattern either, so I copied the idea and made up the pattern myself.

  6. Cute book mark, it is better than turning the pages really! I thought I knew all the Beatrix Potter books, we had a set when we were kids but Mr Tod is new to me.
