Painted Skulls

In a dollar store nearby I found these really cheap black sugar skulls and I thought it would look nice to paint them with 3D glitter paint, that I bought in a craft store. But when I started painting the skulls, the paint turned out to be white. Also great, I thougt.

Then came the picturing part. Suddenly the skull I painted first, didn't wear white paint at all anymore. The paint I bought turned out to be a sort of glue (nowhere to be found clearly recognizable on the packaging) and after drying up, only the glitters remained. Could be nice, except that my skulls are black, which is not a great background for glitters that have to stand out.

So, here are the skulls before the glue dried up.

And after.
