Hummus
This weekend I had a Meet&Eat with my friends. We all had to cook something so we could make a walking buffet. I made Empanadas and Hummus with Turkish Bread. The recipe for the Empanadas I shared before, but here's the recipe for the Hummus.

What you need:
* 400 grams cookes chickpeas
* 2 large tablespoons tahine
* 1 chili pepper
* 1 clove of garlic
* 1 bundle of coriander
* salt and pepper to taste
Put all the ingredients together in a food procesor and process until smooth. Smear on Turkish Bread. That's it! Yummie!!
