Delft Blue Crochet Vase

 Since I found the Delft Blue tiles that I got from my grandmother again in a moving box that still was unpacked, I wanted them to use in my interior. I painted the frames black and hung them above the windows. Starting with the tiles my living room slowly but certainly got more and more blue in it. While searching for more nice pieces for my house I got inspired by some beautiful vases and wanted to try a combination of my most favorite craft of all and my new favorite color: crochet and blue. This came out:

    1. Yes, it is. I crocheted the vase first and cross stitched the bird afterwards.
