Crochet Frames for my Little Drawings
Sometimes I like to do some drawing. Not as much as I used to do in my younger years, but sometimes it's nice to pick up a pencil again. Mostly when my daughters are drawing and there is paper and pencils all around me. Today I made this. And crocheted some nice frames around them.

ReplyDeleteThese are so sweet! I haven't picked up my crochet hooks in ages, thankyou for the inspiration!

Super cute idea! Ingenious. Thanks for linking it up to Snickerdoodle Sunday!
ReplyDeleteSo cute! I love the oval one! Thanks for linking up with us at the Merry Monday link party. Hope you'll join us again next week! Sharing your post on Twitter!
ReplyDeleteSuch a cute idea, I love the little frames! One of my favourite quick projects is to crochet around an old bangle and add a bunch of random frilly bits - it helped me when I was learning last year, although yours look much better! :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a neat idea! I envy your drawing skills, but it occurs to me that for those of us who are clumsy artists there are plenty of little pictures on notecards, greeting cards, and Christmas cards that could be recycled to a similar purpose...
ReplyDeleteThank you very much for joining in and making our Bowdabra Crafty Saturday Showcase, we will look forward to seeing your post next Saturday.

Love the edging you designed. Pinned! Thank you so much for linking up at SHARE IT, at FineCraftGuild.com last week. A new party will open tomorrow and I sure hope to seeing you there again!
ReplyDeleteAh, I wish I could crochet, but it's always a pleasure to admire the work of those who do! Thanks for linking up to Talented Tuesday!
