Sea Foam Wall Hanging

This time I found inspiration @poppyandbliss on Instagram!

I used different colors and added some shells to get a beachy feeling. Totally makes me think of Menorca, our vacation destination this summer.

  1. Absolutely love this! I've seen weaving become a bit more popular, and it's about the Internet, and I just...don't get it. That sounds horrible, and I feel horrible about it, but I really just don't understand the need for giant fringe and fluffs of wool (the colors are always nice, and I appreciate the effort, but it's just too "modern art" to my brain, ha).
This, though, crochet...I can get behind putting crochet on the wall! :D

  8. I've done several crocheted wallhangings made to look like weavings with long fringe. Never thought to do tiny squares. Very cute!
