Lizzy the Honey Bee

Today it's World Bee Day so this is the day to share this cute little crocheted bee. My full name is Melissa, which is (old) Greek for honey bee, so I feel a bit related to honey bees.

In the Amigurumi Treasures book by Erinna Lee I found a great pattern for a ladybug, which I altered into a honey bee. Love the result!
