Peanut Soup

This weekend I made the most delicious peanut soup, together with my youngest daughter. She loves to help me when I'm cooking and because she isn't a really good eater, I think letting her help me is a great way to get her some appetite. At least you want to taste the food you made your self, isn't it?

What you need:
* 2 onions
* 4 potatoes
* 1 clove of garlic
*  200 grams of chicken breast
* 1 liter chicken bouillon
* 200 grams of peanut butter
* pepper

Peel the onions and potatoes and cut in pieces. Peel and shred the garlic.
Fry onions, potatoes and garlic for two minutes.
Add 1 liter of chicken bouillon and heat until the soup is boiling.
Lower the heat and cook for ten minutes or until the potatoes are done.
Add peanut butter and stir until all peanut butter is dissolved.
Cut the chicken breast in pieces and bake until golden brown.
Add the pieces of chicken and add pepper to taste.

Bon Appetit, also on behalf of my little daughter!

    1. Adding chillies is a great idea, makes the taste even better, but my kids don't like chillies, so I left them out.
