Easter Breakfast at School

Not only a X-mas diner is organized at the school of my daughters, where parents (read: mothers) have to cook or bake something, but school's keeping us busy for Easter, too. My daughters wanted to make something themselves. Preferable something sweet, of course, so they could eat while making them. So cookies it had to be.

I have a lot of cookie cutters, though nothing with an easter theme, but I found some very nice ones just in time. I bought them here.


I chose the chick and bunny cutter to make cookies for school.


After baking the cookies, I cut two bunnies out of polymer clay, to embellish the jars for the cookies. The jars I purchased just for this happy happening. Perfect size, perfect color. Bought them here.

  In the last months I saw him on social media regularly: the Plague Doctor, often accompanied by the words 'Wash Your Hands'. Christmas Scrunchies (free pattern)

 Of all the things I made this year, Crocheted Scrunchie s were the biggest hit. Vintage Dress

Before I went on vacation a couple of weeks ago, I had a plan to make some clothes for myself instead of the usual dresses for my girls (although I made dresses for them, too). I wanted to make a top (check, see here ), a skirt (check, see here ), pants (still to make) and two dresses. The first dress I made a couple of weeks ago (so check, see here ) and the second dress I finished today! This vintage pattern I saw in the july issue of Burda. I only changed some little things here and there in the contrasting lines. The dress I wanted to make initially was one with busks and things, but when I saw this one, I must have this one too. The one with the busks can wait till the next summer. Or maybe I'll make that one anyway in a couple of weeks. We'll see. ~*~ This week my bracelet is featured by Blissful Bucket List .
